Reveal ways to nourish your spirit to manage stress and anxiety while inviting more light, peace, abundance and balance in your work and home life. Deepen your connection to others and to yourself. Spiritual life coaching is non-denominational and can be secular. By strengthening your connection to a higher power and your intuition, you illuminate your pathway forward for any area of your life.
Also known as group coaching or semi-private coaching. You get the same results at the fraction of the cost of individual coaching. Keep a look out for announcements on a topic and details on enrollment and the costs.
Space is limited so that each person in the group can achieve the results that they want without feeling lost in the crowd.
We meet one time weekly, for 60-75 minutes over Zoom. The meeting time will most likely be in the evening but can be decided by the majority of the group.
You get 1, 30 minute session with me that you may use at any part of the 8-week engagement. Then each group session begins with an activity on getting us present in our time together. Then I present in relation to our topic– this could mean an activity or an education moment. Next you go into your break out sessions to reflect or to complete the activity. I pop in to coach. After that we return to the main room to discuss. I offer guidance and coaching techniques. Before we end, I assign homework that will reinforce what we learned and that will help you to achieve your outcomes you set out in the beginning to achieve. We close with a reading, a quote, a show and tell that carries us forward to the week to come.

Seem that contrasting words? Well they don’t have to be! Mitigating stress, increasing creativity and productivity are just some of the benefits of learning how to implement workplace spirituality. It is more about the mind, body, spirit connection, nothing about religion. Mindfulness, mini-mediations, body and mind awareness, and micro-teaching tips are just some examples of what this workshop includes.

When I couldn’t find a therapist during the pandemic to help me cope with my grief and loss I cultivated my own tools. Since I’ve become a coach I’ve added some additional ones to my toolbox. This workshop is about sharing what I have learned. It gives you an opportunity to connect with at least one tool that you can use that you feel will help ease your feelings of grief.
As a former teacher and curriculum developer of 16 years, I am no stranger to the stage or to building effective workshops or speaking engagements.
