We start by getting clear on what’s actually going on beneath the surface.

Together, we’ll look at the patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives shaping how you’re responding—often without realizing it—while also bringing awareness to your intuition and and what your body is signaling. Often, your body holds clarity before your mind catches up.

As that clarity builds, you’ll begin to separate what’s yours to carry from what isn’t. Overriding and second-guessing yourself starts to shift, and you’re able to move forward with more steadiness and self-trust.

This is where we slow things down.

You can share what keeps you up at night—and know you’re not alone.  Being heard has a way of creating space. Space for support. Space for encouragement. And space for clarity you didn’t know was there.

In that space, you can sort what’s actually yours to carry, and move through this season of your life without losing yourself in it.

And while the work we’re doing is real, it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. There’s room for exhales. For perspective shifts. For lightness—because sometimes relief comes when we’re not gripping so tightly.

This isn’t about adding another item to your checklist—it’s about meaningful conversations and community where you can feel more steady… with a little more ease than you might expect—like getting some air.

Each workshop is interactive, focused, and under 90 minutes.

You’ll be guided through real-time reflection, paired exercises, and opportunities to engage at your own pace.

Workplace Spirituality

Seem that contrasting words? Well they don’t have to be! Mitigating stress, increasing creativity and productivity are just some of the benefits of learning how to implement workplace spirituality. It is more about the mind, body, spirit connection, nothing about religion. Mindfulness, mini-mediations, body and mind awareness, and micro-teaching tips are just some examples of what this workshop includes. 

Feeling Your Best: The Art of Shifting Mindset

Learn how to intentionally change your core beliefs and perspectives that no longer serve you and your goals and adopt a more resilient, productive ways of thinking. 

Finding the Light: Using Spirituality to Cope with Grief and Loss

When I couldn’t find a therapist during the pandemic to help me cope with my grief and loss I cultivated my own tools. Since I’ve become a coach I’ve added some additional ones to my toolbox. This workshop is about sharing what I have learned. It gives you an opportunity to connect with at least one tool that you can use that you feel will help ease your feelings of grief.
