In Place of
Flowers
A gift of support through life’s transitions.
Sometimes, the most meaningful gift is knowing you’re not alone. Give someone you care about the gift of time, attention, and support.
Choose a Gift of Support Three thoughtful gifts. Space to pause. Support when they’re ready.A listening ear.
A reminder that someone cares.
A meaningful gesture.
A little more room to breathe.
When someone we care about is grieving the loss of a loved one or beloved pet, navigating the end of a relationship, or facing an unexpected change in work or life, we want to offer support. But finding the right words or knowing what someone needs can be difficult.
Flowers are a beautiful gesture. Sometimes, a more lasting gift is the opportunity to feel heard, supported, and less alone.
Through Guiding Routes, I offer three thoughtful gifts of coaching and support for people navigating loss and significant life transitions. Each provides space to pause, reflect, and explore what might help during a difficult season of life, without pressure to have all the answers or know what comes next.
Give someone you care about the gift of time, attention, and support.

A Companion
Through Change
Some transitions call for more time, support, and space to explore what comes next.
This gift offers two coaching sessions and a book to accompany the recipient as they navigate a difficult season. The intention isn’t to rush the process or find a quick fix, but to offer dedicated time for reflection and support.

A Little About Me
I’m Jenny Horne, founder of Guiding Routes, a life transitions coach and end-of-life doula.
My work is informed by nearly two decades in education, my experience supporting people through caregiving and end-of-life transitions, and my own experiences with loss and life’s unexpected turns.
I believe we don’t need to have everything figured out to begin finding our way. Sometimes, having a place to speak openly, reflect on what matters, and explore what might help is a meaningful place to start.
My approach is grounded in meeting people where they are, honoring their individual experiences, and helping them discover ways to care for themselves as life changes.
