\n\t\t\t\t\t\tMy mother wrote those words in a thank you card to me. She was unknowingly my first coaching client. In May of 2018 <\/span>she had emergency surgery to repair a 100% blockage in her colon. Afterwards, she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. <\/span> While hospitalized, she missed her pup terribly. I advocated for their reunion to my Mom's doctor who wrote a prescription for Chloe to visit. Once Mom was released, she could barely walk, let alone care for herself and Chloe. Her goal\u2014return to her life and work, full time in 90 days. Drawing upon my educator skills and intuition I guided her in creating an actionable plan and divided it into small steps. I held space for her emotions, which ushered in the goal behind the goal\u2013\u2013to feel safe in her body again. That September she returned to her life glowing after accomplishing her goals. Years later when I decided to honor my caregiving experience by becoming a coach, I trained in 100s of profound techniques. To date some of my best skills are the ones I shared with my first client\u2013\u2013my empathy, intuitive guidance and ability to empower and uplift.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
